Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you provide services?

Our school psychologists are licensed in Idaho and Oregon, and we primarily partner with schools and districts in these states. However, some services—such as professional development trainings and certain consultation offerings—can be provided nationally to support educational teams across the country.

Do you offer in-person, hybrid, or virtual services?

We offer flexible service delivery models including in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual options depending on your district’s specific needs. We prioritize collaboration with your local teams to determine the right model that ensures the best outcomes for your students and staff.

How do virtual evaluations work?

Our team is expertly trained in virtual assessment through Pearson and strictly follows test publishers’ standardization guidelines for remote administration. We utilize tools and procedures aligned with tests normed for virtual delivery, ensuring that validity, reliability, and the student experience remain our top priorities.

Do you only take full-time contracts?

Not at all. We pride ourselves on offering completely flexible support adjusted to your needs. This includes full-time, part-time, short-term, or project-based assistance. We work with both rural and urban districts to right-size our support based on your unique population and caseload.

How do payments and rates work?

Rates are determined by several factors, including location, service type, caseload size, and the intensity of support needed. We strive to find a financial structure that works for your district's budget and helps you achieve your goals. We invite you to reach out for a tailored discussion about options.
