Britton George, M.Ed., Ed.S.

Owner and Lead School Psychologist

Britton brings a lifelong love of education and learning to her work as a School Psychologist. She began her career in the classroom with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, then earned a Master’s in Curriculum, Instruction, and Innovation from NNU. She went on to complete a Master’s and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology at Idaho State University. Britton partners her rich education background with deep school psychology training to help teams understand each student’s unique learning profile, identify appropriate interventions, and strengthen systems that support all learners. She is especially passionate about collaborating with diverse school needs to design practical, student-centered solutions that work in real classrooms and across entire districts.

Lee Andersen, M.A., M.Ed., Ed.S.

Supporting School Psychologist

Lee brings an extensive background in child advocacy and education across multiple states and countries. She has served students and families in diverse educational landscapes, including Utah, Alaska, and Idaho, giving her a deep understanding of how context, culture, and community shape student needs. Lee completed her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology through Idaho State University in conjunction with a Master’s in Counseling from Boise State University. Her passion is rooted in a foundational commitment to children and is shaped by her experience raising her children in a military family that traveled the world. Lee draws on this diverse background to connect with students, collaborate with teams, and advocate for supports that honor each child’s individual needs.

Haley Givvines, M.Ed.

School Psychologist Assistant & Registered Behavior Technician, Ed.S. Candidate

Haley is a School Psychologist Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician, and an Ed.S. Candidate in School Psychology. She is currently completing her advanced practicum and internship through Get School Psyched. With nearly four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, Haley has provided therapy services to children with a wide variety of disabilities and needs. She is deeply committed to supporting students through compassionate, individualized care and to recognizing each child’s unique strengths. Haley has a strong passion for helping families navigate educational services and for fostering meaningful relationships with parents, students, and teams to create lasting positive outcomes both academically and emotionally.
